Fork and Glass was started by a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America with over a decade's worth of experience in 3-star restaurants in Manhattan, and a certified wine educator and specialist in spirits.
Our specialty lies in small, intimate parties where food and wine take center stage. We also conduct in-home cooking classes and wine tastings for your guests, followed by full meal service and clean up.
Our goal is to make each and every party fun, entertaining and educational, thus making our catering service stand out from others by providing that additional experience. We use local ingredients from farms and artisan producers in the Hudson Valley, where we are based, and use our broad international backgrounds to design exciting menus full of flavor. Our drop-off service is also extremely popular--designed for people who love to entertain, but do not want to stress in the kitchen.

We've created perfect food and wine pairings, using only the best, local ingredients in season along with getting an educational experience to help make a long lasting impression on your guests. For a different experience, we also organize fun interactive cooking parties coupled with a wine tasting led by a professional, which are a hit at bachelorette parties as well as intimate dinner parties.
