Built in 1903, once home to a Silk Mill, Carpet Factory, Plastic Pump Co. and now Education Center/Event Venue. At 225,000 sq. ft., we have enough space for most types of events. We can only book 1 wedding at a time, so your day is yours. Outside area has metal art sculptures that were created from scrap metal found while renovating.
The halls are adorned with artwork both on the walls and free standing. Franklin Bistro is open to the public during the week and available to cater events during the week. WIFI is throughout our space and we have a conference room that can also be rented out that seats up to 60 with all the latest amenities.
