I mix fresh fruit and fine liquors to create exotic tastes, designed for your parties theme and your guests' enjoyment. Quality is of the utmost importance to my art, and for this reason, I cater only to parties of 60 people or less.
I travel lightly and I look forward to providing my services at your home or office party, your gallery opening, or your promotional event. Before every event, I provide a free tasting and drink consultation. During the consultation I demonstrate my artistic imagination to create a unique fresh fruit cocktail for your event, tailored to your specific tastes and desires. On the night of your event, I personally cover every aspect of your bar catering needs, so you can relax and enjoy the party with your guests.
Please let me know your ideas, tastes, and desires, and I will then design a special cocktail unique to your party and suggest several other drinks to round out the menu.
Organic fruit and vegetables are available for your drinks. For food, a selection of several sushi platters and gourmet fusion appetizers are available for your choosing.
