Monica and Emil are a dynamic couple who together can plan and cater events for you in the Ann Arbor area. Both partners have many years of experience working in many aspects of the restaurant industry and backgrounds in fine arts & design.
Monica has professional experience working in many successful area establishments such as The Produce Station, Whole Foods, and eve- the restaurant. Emil has worked his way down the west coast from Seattle to San Francisco, cooking for top chef contestant Jamie Lauren and stellar chef Amy McCray of Eva Restaurant. Emil has focused on refining kosher cuisine out of the kitchen at University of Michigan Hillel (under Rabbi Rod Glogower) for the past four years.
During this time they have traveled extensively throughout the North America and Europe eating and cooking local foods to inspire their culinary creations. Their mindset is to use local produce and small farms whenever possible and enjoy the particular season's offerings while you can.
They are able to provide you with full service catering or minimal service (such as delivered buffet style food), and are also willing to create personal and one of a kind menus for all price ranges and group sizes.
