Amelia Carbine, Master Cake Decorator, is the owner of Frosted Fantasy Cakes in Logan, Utah. She has been designing and decorating cakes since 2002. She is experienced in the art of cake decorating and creates stunning sugar creations. Her cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful.
Frosted Fantasy Cakes has placed in the top 5 at the Grand National Wedding Cake Competition two years running. Our work has been recognized in publications such as Tulsa World, Texas Wedding Guide, American Cake Decorating Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, and the internationally published Modern Wedding Cakes, to name a few. She has also made appearances on Utah's KSL Studio5, OETA Gallery in Oklahoma, and the icing on the cake was the prestigious opportunity to appear as a lead contestant on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off.
