Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I am Jenny Elmes owner of full circle catering and for the past 8 years we have proudly provided delicious, homemade food, conscientiously prepared, innovatively presented by an exquisitely trained staff while running an event that is as stress-free as possible.
Internationally I am 1 of only 6 certified green caterers by the Green Restaurant Association and with that in mind I cook all my food, shop for groceries locally without using a restaurant service, and pick out the freshest ingredients, often local and many times organic.
I will present you with upscale, unique, custom designed menus after we discuss your big day-themes, aims, and budgetary concerns. I will work with you, and your family, to develop a plan for a day that brings friends and family together to celebrate YOU without stress and fuss! From those early planning days come many months of my fine tuning your menu and logistics of the reception while you move on to focus on other parts of your event. Should you need further help-from rentals, florists, local information on dress alterations to manicures-my 9 years of event coordination is at your disposal and I am frequently hired, not as caterer, but as wedding day and dress rehearsal coordinator. I am ready to jump into your reception and wedding planning in whatever capacity you need.
And finally I guarantee you no negative surprises! The food will be as planned-yummy and garnished and plattered as discussed. My staff will be attentive and pleasant. My bill will hold no secret taxes or add-ons. And you and your new spouse will leave the event with a re-usable, insulated picnic basket filled with reception samples as my gift to you.
