Gervasi (jer-vah-see) Photography is a long name, but really it's just me, my camera, and a passion to express the beauty of life's fleeting moments. I stumbled into wedding photography several years ago when a friend of a friend (as the story always goes) needed a photographer and I needed to find a dream. We both got what we wanted, and I have been taking wedding pictures ever since.
Of course it has grown, as things tend to. Photography is now an extension of me, like a pen scribbling down the record of my life. I love what I get to do. I love meeting you, then watching you smile when you see your pictures. It's an honor for me to capture your beauty.

Wedding photographers generally fall under two categories: portrait photographers and photojournalists. The first emphasizes posed pictures while the second captures the candid moments and atmosphere that make up the day. I blend both styles in an effort to give brides the large-group family photos they want without missing the expression on the flower girl s face when she decides to sit instead of walk down the aisle. Both deserve remembering.
