Jon Giffin was first introduced to the world of photography by his grandfather who was a photographer at the New Orleans newspaper, The Times Picayune. Ever since his passion for photography has only grown stronger.
Giffin graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelors degree in Photojournalism. After graduating he went to work for The Vicksburg Post, then on to the Rockford Register Star, staying at each for two years. Over the years Giffin has received numerous awards from organizations such as the Wedding Photojournalist Association(WPJA), Associated Press, U. of Southern Miss, National Press Photographers Association, Sportsshooter, Illinois Press Photographers Association and Mississippi Press Association.
Mandy Giffin became introduced to photography when she met her husband in 2002. She has recently changed careers to pursue her passion for the photography world. Together the Giffins reside in Nashville, TN working together producing beautiful wedding photography for their clients. Giffin is a proud member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association.
