We do an initial consultation to define your event needs and interests. We do budget planning and tracking, selecting and booking vendors and ceremony and reception locations, and ongoing consultation and advice and coordination of vendors.

We help with defining your color scheme, theme, and favors. We give advice on etiquette and protocol, and a timeline. We help organize and direct the event flow. We help/ coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up. We coordinate and pay vendors, meet and greet guests, meet with and coordinate plans with resort representatives, and arrange air and accommodations for all guests.

We will travel to the destination ahead of time to make sure every detail is in place. We will assist with your choice of wedding location, whether on the beach or on the grounds in a beautiful gazebo.
