Grandale Farm is situated on a historic farm in the Center of Virginia Wine County. We offer a unique local food experience with beautiful views. Chef Author Clark Jr. is Classicaly trained from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Grandale uses a "Restaurant Style" Catering approach which treats every guest of an event like one of their restaurant customers. Upon requesting imformation you will be scheduled an appointment with the Chef to customize the menu and overall experience to your event.
