The extensive lawns roll down to the beach and the sea beyond. Spend a lazy afternoon on the veranda or on a wicker chaise longue on the screened-in porch. If the weather turns, snuggle up in front of one of the six fireplaces with a good book.

Your getaway destination is reached by ferry from Woods Hole landing on the mainland to the port of Vineyard Haven on the island of Martha's Vineyard.
