You will not find better caterers if you are throwing a party or fun event, however, we are professionals and we temper our focus on fun with a dedication to making YOU, the event organizer, look GREAT to your guests. Most of our business is generated from word of mouth from folks like you, we can't survive unless you are HAPPY! We are not ideally suited for formal or somber events. We provide structured packages, i.e. menus based on events and themes (such as our All Day Hog Roast or our famous crawfish boil). We can also work with you to craft a custom menu that will fit your concept, event and budget. |

We will provide last minute services at a premium. We prefer at least 14 days to maximize the fun and food we bring to your event. |

We pride ourselves on being able to meet any reasonable budget. We can knock the ball out of the park for $75 per head or help you create an elegant event for $15 per person. |
