Whether its Grandma Grace and her diabetes, uncle Ron with his high cholesterol, or your Niece Amy with her new found Vegan lifestyle. Everyone can be accommodated for. You don't have to chose a health conscience recipe, but its available if you want it.
I believe that being healthy, shouldn't mean giving up those comfort foods you love so much. After all, they are called comfort foods for a reason. They make you feel comfortable. Which means, by process of elimination, that avoiding such foods, is well.... UNcomfortable.
At Guilt-Free Comfort, we take the foods you love, and just make em a bit healthier. Stressed is Desserts spelled backwards. But, that doesn't mean you have to feel bad every time you reach for that brownie, or eat a slice of cheesecake.
All food prepared by us, either have the fat, calories, or sugar reduced for the benefit of your waistline. So go ahead and indulge a little. You deserve it.
