Rogers Hairston in 2006 to work with planners of all types (baby showers, wedding consultants, special events, corporate, sports, conferences & meetings, non-profits, etc.) on creating and designing unique and playful events. Using the blog, Black Tie Optional provides planners a place to network and share information from tips and techniques, websites, resources, ideas, themes, etc. HeadsUp is a NWA based company that provides a one-stop resource.
