Hello, my name is Jamie & I am the Chef/Owner of Healthy Chef Express a local company in Denver. My company has created a service that enables people to eat healthy all the time, without shopping, cooking or cleaning. The meal plans are perfect for weight loss, lowering sodium & cholesterol levels, seniors, and new mothers. We provide gourmet, fresh, healthy meal sets delivered to your door. The meals provided are a combination of 40% good carbohydrates, from fresh fruits and vegetables, 30% protein from lean meat, fish, cheese, and other healthy proteins and 30% favorable fats such as sesame oil, avocados, and omega-3s. The total calorie count per day is estimated at 1400- 1700 for women & 1700-2200 for men

All meals are fully cooked, come in a microwaveable container & we deliver four times a week to insure freshness & quality.
