My philosophy is simple: keep things real. My style of photography is natural and expressive. I work to make your photographs convey a sense of life and reflect who you are. It is about capturing mood, expression, and emotion through the lens and portraying them with an artistic vision.
A great image is great because of the moment it captures and the skill set needed to capture it, not because of what is done to it afterwards.
It is important to me to build lasting relationships with my clients. I believe friends take better photos than strangers, so I like to spend time getting to know each one of my clients. The result of a strong photographer - client relationship is that my photos speak to my clients in a deeply personal way.
So that we can start getting to know each other, here are just a few things about myself: I am from California, so of course I love the beach, traveling, being outdoors, taking photos, cooking, scrap booking, and of course a good cup of coffee.
I am also constantly overwhelmed that I get to spend my days learning new things about art and photography and calling that my "career." I've always said that I wanted my business to be more than just photography. I want it to be about making great art. Art that inspires. Art that transforms. Art that gives hope.
