My passion for baking started in my grandma's kitchen with my Aunt Nellie. She has a knack for making it seem so entertaining. Don't get me wrong, I eventually found out the sheer pleasure in baking after countless trials and errors!
To this day, I'm proud to say that what my aunt opened my eyes to became a true passion for me. I still concoct a recipe or two and have my test subjects ... family and friends ... do the critiquing. With all the smiles and thanks I got, I decided to embark on another journey.
So ... welcome to Heavenly Frostings! I figured that if a simple cupcake can put a smile on someone's face, then I have made a difference. With the surge of current health issues, mainly obesity, I have embarked upon yet one more mission: to make my creations tasty and healthy.
So, if you have a sweet tooth but have to confess your guilt at the gym for indulging in that sinful cheesecake, I'd say, "Sweat no more!" Just say the magic words, "I'm a health freak!" and your order will be a heavenly frost. No more muffin tops. Just a smile in every luscious bite.
