Initially, we provide a grid summary of options based on the RFP needs, follow the request of the planner to narrow the field, then we finalize contract negotiations with the property of your choice. We allow the internal planner more time to operate the meeting/ event and attend site visits/ FAMs if they so desire.
We elevate the priority of your meeting/ event needs in the marketplace. Our clients are not required to sign a contract with HelmsBriscoe, yet they continue to come back for the value we offer.
