Ideas a la mode specializes in idea development consultation, which we define as a collaborative process to devise unique and creative ideas for our clients' events that are specifically tailored to meet their goals and vision.
So, how does it work? The process is actually quite simple. Put yourself in the shoes of a potential client. You contact us with an idea, such as holding a fundraiser for your group. We will meet with you personally to learn more about your group. Learning about what you do, your membership, and who you serve will better enable us to focus on providing you the customized service we pride ourselves on. During this meeting we will also discuss your budget, clarify your goals, and explore particular elements you would like to see incorporated in your event.
Within a matter of days, you will hear from us again with three unique and creative ideas we've developed specifically for your event. Take your time to review the ideas and select the one you think will best meet your needs. Then, we will develop that idea even further and provide you with a detailed analysis on how to successfully implement your event. If you'd like us to plan your event, we can do that also.

Five pricing packages for our idea development consultation services are available ranging from $250 to $1,000. We charge a flat fee for our event planning services depending upon the type of event, size of the event, and the number of vendors used. 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month all-inclusive pricing packages are available.
