When Executive Chefs Tom and Gilda Senter became the new owners of Victoria Emmons Catering in 2001, they continued to build upon established tradition by bringing a wealth of experience and an infusion of innovation and creativity to the highly esteemed business.

In September 2002, the name of the company was changed to In Season Catering and Events to reflect the new owners’ fresh approach, the use of seasonal ingredients in their cuisine and their strong commitment to unparalleled service.

Both graduates of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, the Senters have more than 25 years combined experience in catering management.
