The IHFC Club Level is a traditional city club-style facility located on the 11th floor of the International Home Furnishings Center and is most well-known as the Top of The Mart in past years. Located in the cornerstone furniture building the 11th floor is available non-Market times for wedding receptions, family reunions, and corporate events.
The International Ballroom can seat fully 400 guests at 50 round tables of 8, or host a cocktail party for 650. The Ballroom can be broken into two smaller rooms to accommodate smaller groups or different room set ups. The High Point Room and Presidents' Room are perfect for a bride's and groom's room, or breakout rooms.
The elegant Club Dining Room features a beautiful mahogany bar with bar seating and a dinning room that can accommodate up to 85 guests, and is ideal for Rehearsal or Retirement Dinners. Your room rental fee includes linens, china, silverware, glassware, staging. A dance floor may be included for $100.00.
