Jake and his band, Dixie Creek, play their own brand of original Americana/roots. Based out of Oregon, Jake has lived in Austin TX several times and continues to make trips back to the area and has built a strong fan base in both the NW and Texas.

Jake has also been fortunate enough to share the stage with Willie Nelson, Tommy Alverson, Kevin Fowler, Johnny Lee, The Bellamy Brothers, the late Chris LeDoux, Pat Green, Mike Blakely, Freddy Powers, Rusty Wier, The Derailers, Merle Haggard, Ryan Bingham, Hayes Carll, Band of Heathens, South Austin Jug Band, Texas Renegade, Bob Schneider, Paula Nelson, and Monte Montgomery.

Whether its the strong songwriting, 3 part harmonies, variety of instrumentation, solid musicianship or a clever sense of humor, Dixie Creek always seems to entertain. The band performs as a small acoustic group or a full 5 piece band.
