Bakers of authentic Jamaican rum cakes. We will ship the cakes without icing. We do traditional round cakes but will also make square from 6" to 16." We use real Jamaican rum, not rum flavoring.

We are using a recipe used by past generations. We have not changed or cheapened the recipe. These cakes are rich and moist.

These cakes are used to celebrate weddings, Christmas, and birthdays. We do not recommend these for children's events.

Our prices are competitive, though we do not use substitutes.
