Premier Events include, but are not limited to, bar and bat mitzvahs, retirement parties, birthday parties, reunions, anniversary and vow renewal celebrations.
Premier Events is all social gatherings whether it is a family event at home or 30th birthday party on the high seas. These events seem the most difficult to plan, as many hosts have full time jobs and/or families, which makes it hard to find time needed to plan. Kaleidoscope's relationships with restaurants, venues, and vendors makes it easy to negotiate on behalf of our clients.
Wedding Consulting includes Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day-Of-Coordination. Our goal is to make this the most memorable day of your life. Many budget conscious brides feel that hiring a wedding planner is a luxury they cannot afford.
Kaleidoscope offers custom pricing for wedding events, and may also save you money using established vendor relationships. Partial planning assists with specific items only, rather than the full wedding plans. Day of Coordination is a comforting resource as this service allows you to plan your wedding, but provides a professional for your wedding day to ensure that all details run smoothly. We want you to be the star of your wedding, and not the director!
Corporate Functions include small & large corporate meals, presentations, retreats, holiday parties, and client-based events. We take the stress off of employees who may be tasted with planning, so they are able to concentrate on what is important to their jobs.
