The Kennedy Heights Arts Center is housed in the historic Kennedy Mansion. This Gothic style home was built in 1875 & fully renovated in the 2000s. With newly restored wood floors, 14 ft ceilings, 3 fireplaces & numerous large windows that overlook award-winning gardens, the unique facility provides an elegant & affordable setting for corporate events, small wedding receptions, showers, birthday, retirement, anniversary & graduation parties or any other special event. Artwork is always on display which provides a unique & lovely backdrop for any occasion. Need a more focused work space for a retreat or meeting? A conference room with a round table style set-up is also available.
Centrally located just off I-71 on Montgomery Road, the Arts Center is just eight miles north of downtown and 2 miles from Kenwood Towne Center.
The Gallery
A total of five rooms of varying sizes all which open to one an other on the first floor.
Front Porch & Gazebo
For events during the warmer months, guest can enjoy our large front porch and gazebo. The gazebo has electrical outlets so your favorite band can set up and perform. Music from the gazebo can be enjoyed on the porch, grounds and inside the building. Our front plaza can be arranged with large round outdoor tables and chairs for additional seating for your guests to sit and enjoy the music.
The Grounds
The Arts Center sits on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds including mature trees, lush gardens, plaza and a large grassy area. A canopy tent can be set-up in our front lawn to accommodate 60-80 people for an outdoor dining experience.
Meeting Rooms
Kennedy Heights Arts Center also has several rooms available for day-long or hourly off-site meetings and workshops. Our library on the first floor and tower room on the second floor can each seats up to 12 people at tables.
