Akward poses in a studio, directed by an individual with a camera permanently positioned in front of their face is not what creates art out of the life we were blessed with. A photograph becomes art when it communicates a passionate glance between mother and child, a special moment defined by the body language between two individuals pronouncing their love to each other and the rest of the world, a hug between man's best friend and their faithful, doting owner.

I want to send photographs to my family in New York that tell the intimate moments of my child's life instead of a blue background and a complacent look upon their beautiful face. That moment is easily captured when the artist is passionate about the story
