As a first generation Italian, I have spent my entire life in the kitchen learning the "Abruzzi" way of preparing wonderful Italian dishes. I have chosen to follow the "slow food" philosophy in my catering and personal chef services. The products I use are grown locally, organic, and fresh.

From homemade pastas to fresh grilled vegetables, I prepare unforgettable meals. Meals are prepared using absolutely no pre -packaged foods, based on seasonal availability, and the client's preferred tastes. Vegan and vegetarian meals are perfectly prepared. Consulting with the client, a menu is prepared to suit all guests likings and special dietary needs.

Recycled and recyclable paper products are used as often as possible as well. No seafood is used which is not available fresh. Meats are also chosen based on the safest and most organic availability.I teach cooking classes in your home, or mine, limited to 6, and it is hands on! Personal chef services available in your home, or I will deliver. La Tavola Verde = The Green Table. Buon Appetito!
