The Lakewood Seward Park Community Club was founded in 1910 and continues to this day.
The Club Facility has been used for community events, memorials, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, classes, educational events, business meetings, bridal and baby showers and all kinds of family events, enjoyed by at least three generations of Lakewood Seward Park Community Members.
The Clubhouse, available for private event rentals (anywhere from two hours to all day), is proud to be hosting parties that now include the third and fourth generation of residents and friends of the Lakewood Seward Park Community
Clubhouse rental rates are:
Monday - Thursday, and off peak = 35.00 / hr; Friday and Saturday after 2:00 pm = 75.00 / hr; Sundays after 2:00 pm = 50.00 / hr; all day rental rate = $750.00.
Tables, chairs, and kitchen use available at no extra charge.
We ask that amplified music be turned off at 10:00 pm.
