Throughout my life I have been involved with food in one way or another, starting with my first job. I worked for the world renowned Sacramento gourmet food retailer, Corti Brothers, for 10 years. I didn't realize it at the time, but this job was the stepping stone to my greatest passion - gourmet cuisine.
Food is my passion. For the last twenty - five years I have been hosting parties and luncheons for my family, friends, my children's teachers, etc. Every time one of these events would come to an end, all who attended would rave about how good the food was and someone would invariably ask me why I wasn't cooking professionally. I began to take their comments seriously and Laura's Gourmet Catering was born.
Laura's Gourmet Catering has been serving gourmet cuisine to the greater Sacramento area for over eight years. No job is too great or too small for us. We have catered events with 20 guests and up to 700 guests. We will be happy to create that one - of - a kind menu just for you. Please remember us when you plan your next special event.
