During the event: we coordinate and supervise the entire logistics and production of the event: hospitality desk, audio - visual equipment, conference rooms set up, translation services, hostesses management, signage, catering and hotel services, workshops, exhibitions / trade shows, posters, shuttles, etc.
After the event: we check, verify, and close the final bills. We conduct and moderate a session for debriefing and analysis of feedback and evaluation surveys.
