With Chef Oscar Figueroa, Lydia Shire has created a menu that simultaneously honors Locke-Ober's past, brings it into the twenty-first century and secures its future. Select Rum & Tobacco Smoked Salmon and Local Oysters from the newly restored oyster bar; experience for yourself the JFK's Lobster Stew, savor New York Steak au Poivre, Native Swordfish...
