We offer complete event planning services including: on - site sushi booth; chef; production; catering; equipment rental (linens, tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, lighting, stage, etc.); on - site staffing (servers, bartenders, expediters); etc.
We also operate Nombe Izakaya, rated one of the top six Izakayas in North America by Bon Appetit Magazine. The restaurant can handle up to 100 seated guests and has two wings which can be rented out separately. Additionally, the full restaurant is available for buyout. We are closed on Tuesdays, making that an ideal day for private parties, business meetings, seminars, etc.
Mari and her staff have been teaching Japanese cuisine and sushi - making at our own facilities, in addition to classes offered through The Learning Annex and Viking Home Chef, for over four years. Gain hundreds of years of Japanese cooking knowledge in a matter of hours!
