Wow is this company unprofessional. Having witnessed first hand the treatment from the owner of the company, Jim, and all of the "leadership staff" to the regular team members which are only employed for 1 event, I was appalled. Whether it be forcing people
to work for 6 to 9 hour shifts without breaks or threatening to keep pay from a diabetic girl who had to take a moment to maintain her blood sugar with a light snack of ritz. These people are terribly unorganized and couldn't even have the salad ready by the
time the guests started to arrive. They were rude, couldn't complete the task they were given, and just generally bad people who take their frustrations and anger out on other people. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. From the treatment of
the staff to the actual result of work they did, it was horrendous.
