Hello, My name is Stephen Mclaughlin. I am currently the garde manger chef at Mary Elaine's of the Phoenician Resort and have over fifteen years of experience in the restaurant industry and an extensive knowledge of food and wine.
It is my pleasure to now offer my services to the public as a private catering chef. Services will include menu and wine consulting, all preparation of food, wait staff, kitchen staff product (food) and necessary license supply.
Parties of no less than six to no more than twelve will be charged 35$ a person plus all food and beverage costs for a menu of no more than six courses. Special course menus will be negotiated. Large parties will be served hors d'ouevres to consist of small finger foods and beverages and cost 80$ per person plus food costs.
There is always room for special requests. Please call we will work on any idea. There will be a full charge for any and all special licenses required.
