Mike Love Entertainment has been providing the Central PA area with the most unique, enjoyable, satisfaction guaranteed mobile disc jockey service for 23 years. I have played in clubs and have been the opening act in front of thousands for musical artists such as M.C. Hammer, Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Tone Loc, Kwame, and ....the Beach Boys! In 1987, while in pursuit of an acting career, I landed a Full-Time Disc Jockey/Director of Entertainment position at a prominent nite-club and the rest is history. Though I would consider myself a wedding expert, having performed at more than 300 receptions, I have an equal amount of experience entertaining for corporate functions, birthday parties, class reunions, picnics, etc.
My experience in the business will help to make your event unforgettable. If you need a mobile entertainer to be mellow and laid back, I can do that. If you need a mobile entertainer who is outgoing and gets involved with your guests, I can do that also. You make that decision because it's your show, not mine.
You might ask if I take requests... I encourage them. It lets me know what you and your guests want to hear. It takes out a lot of the guesswork on my part. I have a "natural" ability of reading a crowd, but it always helps when you and your guests are involved in the music selection.
Speaking of music selection, I have thousands of songs that I bring to every show ~ everything from 40's big band to the newest hits. If you have something special you want to hear, let me know beforehand and if I don't have it, I will certainly try to get it.
I regularly provide service to all of York, Adams, Lancaster, Cumberland, and Dauphin Counties. I will travel anywhere in the continental United States upon request.
