Amazing holograms, kinetic sculptures, and the beauty of strobe photography entertain, educate and enlighten visitors to the MIT Museum. Exhibits on emerging technologies, robotics and the history of teaching and learning at MIT complement fascinating temporary exhibits showcasing the Museum’s science and technology, architecture and maritime collections.
Galleries occupy a single floor and are laid out in a circle, making it easy for guests to mingle while exploring the entire Museum.
The Museum can accommodate 250 people for a reception or buffet dinner or 75 people for a seated dinner in our function room. Our function room is also available during museum hours and is the perfect place to schedule your business meetings or working lunches.
The MIT Museum galleries are available for function rentals every evening of the week.
MIT Museum has received approximately 80 profile views in the last three months.
