MokSa is located in the heart of Central Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Executive Chef Patricia Yeo showcases her approach to Pan-Asian Izakaya cuisine, drawing inspiration from her travels in Southeast Asia. The term "Izakaya" refers to typical Japanese pubs which offer a causal environment, cocktails, beer and small plates that are shared between friends. Many of our dishes here at MokSa are inspired from common street foods found in Thailand, Vietnam, India and other Southeast Asian countries. From bite size momos and dumplings, pork belly & razor clam roti, to stir fry lamb, Chef Yeo and her culinary team have carefully prepared a diverse and adventurous menu.
Chef Yeo enjoys using the best available fresh, regional ingredients when preparing each menu item.
The bar staff we've put together has over 75 years of cumulative experience. They have created a vast list of inventive and uncommon cocktails sure to be a hit at any event. Our bar has 12 beers on tap and over 20 beers by the bottle, many rotate seasonally. Patricia has hand selected our sakes and selection of Asian spirits and beers. Our versatile wine list has been selected to pair with Patricia's signature style of cuisine. Our Beverage Director would be happy to sit down with you and discuss wine pairings that will be the ideal complement to your menu selections.
