Hello, My name is Dawn. I was born in New Jersey, and raised in California and have been in the Central Valley for over 20 years. I am a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and have been baking for over 25 years. I am the mother of 3 beautiful, almost grown children and Nani to 2 beautiful granddaughters.

Besides baking and entertaining, I love the outdoors. I love to garden, hike, fish, camp and explore as well as staying in the kitchen all day cooking, baking and creating. I love to travel and go to new places to get my ideas and inspirations.

All of my confections are created with the finest ingredients including sweet cream butter, Ghirardelli and Scharffen Berger chocolates, pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, fresh bananas, carrots, apples and strawberries and natural citrus zests.
