The Noble-Seymour-Crippen House--an official Chicago Landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places--features a rolling drive, picturesque garden settings, and historic rooms to make your next event or meeting like no other. The oldest house in Chicago is set on 1.7 acres of rolling lawns and gardens and is the perfect setting for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, executive retreats, family reunions, birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.
The house accommodates indoor seating for up to 100 guests. Use of the porches, gardens, and the romantic outdoor pergola may also be added. The view looking out the front door shows the spacious grounds that surround the 1833 house. The original farmhouse with its 1868 addition still sits on its original foundation and in its original location. The front and rear parlors are furnished to the 1920 restoration period of the house. The grand staircase can be used as a unique entrance to a wedding ceremony. The house is warm and welcoming, combining modern convenience with historic detail to serve as the perfect backdrop for your special event. Our up-to-date kitchen will easily accommodate your caterer and food servers. We are located on Chicago’s northwest side, right off of the Kennedy expressway, making us equally convenient to downtown and O’Hare.
