The Ocean Club is located on the 2,200 - acre Grande Dunes Resort, on the northern coast of South Carolina. Picture a calm, natural beach environment with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Rich, traditional interior design and gracious ambiance, surrounded by a natural beach environment makes the perfect setting for any meeting or special event.
For weddings, it is the perfect combination of privacy, romance, and drama. For meetings, the surroundings are both relaxing as well as energizing. Full services are available for all events from AV rental, to dance floors, to decorating.
Three levels of indoor space including the Main Dining Room and Terrace that will accommodate up to 175 for a reception. The third level includes the Palmetto and Seaside Suites that overlook the ocean. These two suites combined will accommodate up to 60 for a plated meal, or 30 for a classroom meeting. These two suites also may be used for the bride and groom suites. The Boardroom overlooks the ocean and will accommodate up to 20 for a meeting or event. The lower level includes the Grande Pool that will accommodate up to 550 for a reception; the Tent Pad may be tented to accommodate up to 220 for an event; The Beach Cabana is an outdoor, but completely covered, more casual setting that will accommodate up to 60 for an event; and the Ocean is perfect for wedding ceremonies!
