Located at the base of Mount Tamalpais, O'Hanlon Center for the Arts is a community-based non-profit art center with a casual atmosphere, quietude, and a spectacular natural setting. Outdoor sculptures and nature-inspired art dot the wooded landscape on paths that wind past three unique meeting and event spaces and several outdoor seating areas. The newly renovated Loka Retreat Center, capacity 50, features bamboo floors, wireless internet, kitchenette, break out room, balcony, and 660 sq. ft. of open space on the upper level that can be set up for meetings, workshops or seminars, or left open for movement and team building experiences. Also available is The Loft (capacity 36), a general meeting space for programs and small events which features a seating area, art library and large open space with work table, abundant natural light, and kitchenette with adjacent outdoor deck. The Gallery (capacity 125), a 2000 square foot, two level exhibition space features monthly art shows and is ideal for receptions, performances or exhibitions. For large events, the entire grounds of the O'Hanlon Center for the Arts, including the outdoor sculpture garden, are available.
