Our custom built trailer is fully equipped with burners, fryers, grills, griddles and ovens, so we can accommodate just about any menu request. And if by chance that includes barbecue, we have a Southern Pride smoker on the back that can hold 500 pounds of ribs, brisket, pork, chicken, turkeys or prime rib!

We specialize in all types of on location outdoor events including weddings, company outings, family reunions, production shoots and sporting events.
