OTR Events sits on 8 acres in south eastern Olathe next to Heritage Park. Newly renovated during 2009, the facility contains a 3500 sq ft ballroom, which allows for multiple dance floor sizes and/or table arrangements, a large kitchen, a full length bar, an outdoor patio, a covered entry portico, and a landscaped courtyard.

Ample off-street parking is provided. The facility is non-smoking inside, but smoking is allowed on the 16'x32' patio. The facility has the flexibility to handle small gatherings as well as large receptions for upto 200 guests.
