Cindy Westerberg is a master at her art. She not only has a vast knowledge, but years of experience in creating desserts for all occasions. From large elaborate wedding cakes, to her granddaughter's Hannah Montana birthday cake, she enjoys it all.
Cindy is well known for some of her specialities, such as her Triple Espresso Torte, but she loves to be inventive. If there is something special and unique you are looking for, she would be delighted to create it for you.
Cindy has 20 years of experience working for such renowned Iowa chefs as Michael LaValle and Jeremy Marrow at Bistro 43, Bistro Montage, and 43 Restaurant Bar and Grill. She was the original pastry chef at George Fomaro's popular downtown restaurant, Centro.
Six years ago Cindy decided to launch her own business to pursue her passion and fine tune the art of creating elegant desserts.
Cindy not only has a strong love for what she does, but in whom she is serving her creations to. She loves people and gets fulfillment out of bringing them joy.
