Pacific Oaks Vineyard is a beautiful ridge top estate on 21 wonderfully secluded acres only 3 miles from Aptos Village. The working vineyard overlooks Monterey Bay with the property having spectacular 360 degree views of the redwoods and Santa Cruz Mountains and the Pacific Ocean on the southern exposure.
The grounds are attractively landscaped with an expansive 5,500 square foot lawn area. There are 4,500 square feet of patios and decks which include an outdoor kitchen.
A swimming pool is enclosed in an expansive cedar poolhouse with a large retractable skylight and five double French doors opening onto the patios. There is a 2,000 square foot deck with a sound system perfect for dancing.
The bride will enjoy a suite with a sun porch over looking the vineyard and a covered porch leading to the lawn area.
