Partysist, founded in 1980, has merged with Palate New Orleans, creating the premiere catering company in NOLA.

We have over 30 years creating magical experiences for all types of occasions. Owner and Executive Chef, Glenn Vatshel, emerged from the school of cooking with Daniel Boulad and Thomas Keller, in New York. He has made New Orleans his home and his love since 1990, emerging as Partysist's first Executive Chef.

Lea Freeman has planned and executed over hundreds of events, as planning every detail comes easily to her. Together, they form creative perfectionism. All events are handled personally with love and attention.
