The mission of EcoStepsSM is to continually expand our role as a socially responsible company while providing exceptional hospitality experiences to all of your guests.
The preparation of farm - fresh food is a Parkhurst hallmark. In 2002, we developed FarmSource, an initiative to partner with some of the finest growers and producers of food in communities we do business in. FarmSource is now one of the most successful and recognizable local sourcing programs.
We personally meet with farmers, food production owners and artisans, tour their farms and facilities, and hand - select the harvest "in the field," ensuring we receive healthy, natural, and fresh food. From Asian, Italian, and American cuisine, to exciting fusion and vegetarian dishes - the fresher the food is, the more nutrients it has.
