My fiance and I are the "partners." We both enjoy the excitement and challenge of transforming cakes into edible art.
I grew up watching my mother create hundreds of cakes for weddings, birthdays, and everything under the sun. I learned so much from her.
My fiance became interested when he noticed that fondant and gum paste are much like his childhood love, playdough.
From there we started simple, just having fun making cakes for friends and family. Then, as we learned more and our talents grew, all of our friends and family encouraged us to do it full time!
So here we are Partners in Cake.
