Advanced planning of your event can save time and money as well as stress. Our design team will meet with the client and gather information about the event such as location, flow, budget, likes and dislikes, and get the overall look the client desires. The client is presented the proposal and can then execute their plan. The consulting fee is due at the time of the proposal.
Whether you need a single item or a whole truckload, Pendley Party Productions has thousands of items for rental in our 10,000 square foot warehouse facility. These items are "theme" oriented but there are many general items such as linens, vases, candelabras, tables, chairs, drapes and other items that have multiple uses, Make an appointment to have one of our staff show you around the warehouse and prepare a price quote based on the items and quantities you desire. Delivery, set- up and pickup are available for an additional fee.
Our most popular service is the totally customized turnkey event, which includes all decorating details from planning and executing to the cleanup of the decorations. Working with the client, the event is designed and a proposal is prepared for the client's approval. Once the client signs the approval letter and the 50% down payment is made, the execution of the plan begins to take place. The plan is then executed to the finishing details to ensure that the client's event is on time and on budget. Balance is due the day of the event.
