Our recently completed gallery/exhibit space renovation is a contemporary brick and timber loft featuring concrete floors, and innovative lighting design.
Portfolio Annex is affordable and flexible. We can host corporate events, computer training, marketing events, luncheons, networking events and sales meetings.
And we dress up nicely for fundraisers, award shows, sit-down receptions and cocktail parties.
The large open space can accommodate 100+ for sit down receptions and 200+ for cocktails. The 2nd floor Annex has separate men's and women's restrooms as well as a cloak room and small service kitchen.
Access is by private elevator entrance from the street lobby, or by stairs from a separate street entrance. There is also a freight elevator and service entrance.
Room rentals can be priced to include a variety of AV and high speed computer equipment, and sound system with iPod hookup.
